Diverse Offerings for Every Market
School nutrition, social programs, and humanitarian supply-chain solutions tailored to local needs.
Hidden hunger affects nearly 2 billion people, leaving diets deficient in essential micronutrients like iron, zinc, and vitamins. Meallions is dedicated to changing this by making fortified staple foods an everyday norm.
Meallions OS connects AI, food formulation, digital twins, and production equipment to reduce trial waste and line downtime, move R&D from months to weeks, and protect margins while meeting micronutrient and regulatory requirements.
Meallions OS connects the entire food manufacturing ecosystem in one governed workflow—bringing together product requirements, formulation knowledge, process simulation, equipment behavior, verification, and production data. Teams can test more decisions digitally before committing raw materials and production time, accelerating scale-up while protecting product quality and margins.
Digital testing turns formulation decisions into production-ready evidence before line time is committed.
Fortification works. What has been missing is a way to produce fortified staples at local cost, on local equipment, with verified nutrient delivery. That is the gap Meallions OS closes.
Our fortified rice and cereals cook like usual and cost comparably.
Our first plant is being built in Nairobi, designed for approximately 250 kg/h of adaptive fortification and scalable extrusion. It will be fully operational by the end of 2026.

Our core product family features reconstructed, micronutrient-fortified 'rice' and cereals designed to meet the nutritional needs of billions. These staples cook just like traditional options and are priced comparably, making healthy eating accessible for everyone.
The plant is designed for approximately 250 kg/h — a single line to prove the model end to end before it is replicated in the USA and Asia from 2027.
Our platform seamlessly integrates a digital twin with adaptive fortification through NutriMap, ensuring that nutritional quality is consistently met. Coupled with rigorous quality assurance processes, we deliver predictable unit economics that empower food producers to tackle hidden hunger effectively.
